Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University believes in the importance of the optimal selection of academic leaders, as they are the main pillar in guiding the academic development processes at the university. The Advisory Committee was formed to select college and institute deans to develop institutional work, raise the level of performance efficiency and improve the university's graduates in the light of the university's strategic vision and plan and in line with the Saudi Vision 2030. Judicious selection of academic leadership will also entail the formation of an active University Council capable of leading the university and fulfilling its aspirations in the light of the generous support provided by the wise leaders of the country.​​
