1.     Follow up the academic performance of the students and take notes and submit reports and recommendations to the head of the department.

2.     Supervise and provide students with suggestions and advice to improve their academic performance, and to help them overcome their academic problems.

3.     Take care of students who show delays in their academic performance, and study the causes of this delay, as well as help the students by proposing appropriate solutions.

4.     Support students in discovering their abilities and tendencies, as well as identifying their goals and develop their potential, which will benefit the community.

5.     Encourage the students to take the responsibilities of their choices; to acquire them more academic skills and enhance their self-confidence.

6.     Introduce the university life and system to the new students by conducting advising and guidance programs.

7.     Raise the students' awareness about the rules and regulations of the College and the University systems.

8.     Help the student to overcome the challenges which affect their academic performance.

9.     Work on strengthening the relationship between students and faculty members, and building social relationship between the students.

10.  Encourage students to adhere to ethical behavior, and to meet the qualities of an academic student.

11.  Study the negative behavioral phenomena of some students and work to find suitable solutions.

12.  Advise the students who show low academic performance and guide them to improve their performance.

13.  Take care of the top students and support them to continue to excel.

14.  Help students and prepare them for academic life so that they can succeed in various jobs and able to serve their community.​
