1.     Develop the skills of faculty members and raise their professional competencies.

2.     Identify the faculty learning needs to provide training programs that could develop their teaching, professional and research skills.

3.     Plan the future strategies necessary to raise the skills of faculty members to achieve excellence and creativity in teaching and research.

4.     Organize the necessary lectures and workshops in the College in coordination with academic departments.

5.     Conduct workshops at the College of Medicine and support the participation of faculty members.

6.     Evaluate, analyze and review the feedback received after from the workshops and activities.

7.     Conduct workshops with accredited hours from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties in coordination with King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz University Hospital.

8.     Prepare certificates of attendance for the participants and appreciation certificates for the speakers who conducted the workshop or the event.

9.     Spread the culture of continuous improvement and development to achieve the ideal academic and professional performance.

10.  Encourage creative work and professional achievement of faculty members to achieve academic and administrative excellence.​
