Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering Overview:
The Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering aims to focus on the science and
technology of industrial systems through an academic program that emphasizes the study of
the analysis and design of industrial systems for the production of goods and services with the
study of technology solutions, and devotes particular attention to both industrial processes and
improving the working environment to achieve the best quality and obtain the best results
possible. The program includes one summer training in which the student enrolls in one of the
industrial sectors and implements what she has studied in the program in the working life.
Which in turn makes the student a more mature view of the fields of engineering and
management and enables her to understand her role as an engineer practicing in industrial and
practical environments more deeply
